Shipping policy

We strive to ship our products to your door as quickly as possible. 

USPS: We primarily use USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate shipping. Priority Mail is insured up to $50 per package. We recommend additional insurance on more expensive items. USPS Priority Mail includes tracking information which will be generated automatically when your order is fulfilled. Please contact us for more details.

Hand Delivery, Phoenix Metro area: We are pleased to offer hand delivery to residents of the Phoenix Metro area free of charge. Please contact us prior to placing your order so we can ensure a shipping fee isn't charged on your order. This form of delivery does come with some limitations. Namely, we will need to agree on a place and time to meet in order to make the delivery. We are human and have families, so there is no guarantee that we'll be able to coordinate delivery on everyone's schedule. However, we will do the best we can to make it work!
